Hello, my name is Lashera Dennis Weaver. I was born in the small town of Gainesville, Florida. I am a boy mom of two boys. After being a single mother for 9 years, God sent me my king. I left my hometown, moved to Jonesboro Georgia, and became a wife. Sometime around the second year of my marriage I realize that I could now focus on what I really wanted to do in life. I decided that I wanted to have my own business. 

However, being raised in a single parent household and coming from a family where there were no business owners, gave me courage. I wanted to break the generational curse and be a role model for my children. I got focused on what type of business would be good for me. Something that I would love and give my all to. I started giving God more of my time, and building my faith in him, that whatever it was , it would succeed. I had to constantly pray and ask him to guide me in the right directions.

After thinking constantly, I decided I wanted to sell lash strips. However, I wanted something to be unique about my business, and it was time for me to think of a catchy name and it took me a very long time. Then, one day I was laying in the bed and it hit me. It was like the Lord spoke to me himself, and he said “ name your business after yourself “ and that’s how LASH-ERA Ltd.Co came about. I became very excited and my dream got bigger. Just that fast I wanted to sell any products that have any correlation to lashes, because LASH-ERA is the aura(ERA) of all lashes. I took that first step out of faith and I invested everything I had into myself and here we are now.
